Travel Agency

Products and services are sold by Varas Travel Solutions Private Limited as an agent for airline and wholesale companies and other suppliers providing services, including accommodation and transportation services. Varas Travel Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is not a provider of such services and has no responsibility for services provided or not provided by any party.

We make no warranty or representation regarding the standard or availability of any service or product to be supplied nor for the availability of any promotions, airfares or specific holiday products.

All travel documents are issued subject to the tariffs and terms and conditions of sale of suppliers and these terms. They are issued by us as agent only.

The Booking:

Your contract is with Efficient Trip. A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on the tour of your choice and we have received your signed booking form and payments. All the relevant sections must be correctly and fully completed. We can only accept a booking form as this confirms that you and other people on the tour accept our booking terms and conditions and are entering into the contract.

Payments:

For the services contracted, an advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid as advised prior to your date of departure from your country. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services. Apart from the above in some cases, full payment is required to be sent in advance.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

All cancellations must be made in writing to us prior to the commencement date. 

We levy the following cancellation charges for stays and transfers:


» INR 10,000 if the booking is cancelled 30 days prior to the commencement date
» 30% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 05 days prior to the commencement date
» 100% of the total amount in case of no-show or cancelled within 05 days of the commencement date

Cancellation of flight tickets will be solely based on the cancellation policy of the airline.

Efficient Trip may have to abide by the respective third-party vendors providing the services in certain periods and may have to act according to the cancellation policy of the vendor which may differ from us.

Refunds, if any, will be made in Indian Rupees only in India.

Refunds for unused services or shortening of the tour due to genuine reasons will be executed within 10 days of your return to your home Country. 

Liability:

The company does not own or control hotels, coaches or other facilities mentioned in the tour. As an operator of the package tour, therefore, we cannot be held liable

  • Where there has been no fault on the part of the company, supplier or agents.
  • Where the failures in the performance of the contract are attributable to the customer.
  • Where the failures are attributable to a third party not connected with the provision of the tour and are unforeseeable or unavoidable.
  • Where the failures are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control.
  • Where the failures are due to an event which you or your supplier even with all due care could not foresee or foretell. 

We do take all reasonable steps to ensure that the organization maintains standards and provides a service that is acceptable to the passengers. The information within this website has been compiled with all reasonable care and is correct to the best knowledge of the company and is published in good faith. 

Complaints

We do our best to give passengers travelling on any of our packages, a comfortable and trouble-free travel but occasionally plans go wrong. Should you have any complaints, please inform your tour manager (at the same time), who will do everything possible to resolve the matter immediately. If the situation is not resolved to your satisfaction, then you must notify the company within 28 days of the tour ending in writing. If you do not write to us within this time, this will affect the investigation and outcome of the complaint. Any disputes between clients and Efficient Trip shall be governed by Jurisdiction in India.

Passports & Visas

To travel from India to overseas countries, one needs a 06-month valid passport and a valid Visa or as prescribed by the respective nations and the processing of a Passport and Visa are not included in the tour cost.

Rights to amend the itinerary if required  

Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for the safety and well-being of our esteemed passengers.

Surcharge

The Price of your travel arrangement is subject to surcharges in case of a sudden hike in currency, fuel prices, scheduled airfare and any taxes levied by the government. Even in this case, we will try to absorb an amount of 2%, amount exceeding over 2% will be surcharged.
